When a report is created via our inventory software Agent Vault, You (the tenant) can log in to Tenant Vault, make comments, agree to items within your inventnory report, and digitally sign it.
You then have access to any important documents related to your rented property like EPC certificates, rental agreements, and other property reports like property visits.
You’ll also fine quick links to contact details, etc.
If your agent has a maintenance reporting tool you also have access to report issue directly via the app.
